Gato Class Submarine

USS BARB heroically found and snuck into a concealed Japanese harbor that was hiding a large number of tankers and warships. Despite the odds the BARB attacked in the short time it had quickly fled through uncharted waters chased by Japanese escorts to its escape.

Fate: Decommissioned after the war.
